Russia's MFA states that the process of the Moldo-Pridnestrovian settlement has been in stagnation for over a year.
According to the report, the main reason for the dialogue's «thrashing» is restrictive measures taken by Moldova and Ukraine against Pridnestrovie.
«Under year-long stagnation in the process of the Pridnestrovian settlement, following the deterioration of the dialogue between Kishinev and Tiraspol caused, first of all, by the economic and transport blockade imposed by Moldova and Ukraine, Russia as a guarantor state and a mediator has maintained constructive cooperation with 5+2 format participants to restore its dynamics," underscores Russia's MFA.
