The cochairman of the Pridnestrovie’s delegation in the JCC noted that the situation remained stable and controllable during the holidays owing to the fact that the peacekeepers accomplished their safety and security mission successfully
“It means that the scheme of the peacekeeping operation work well,” Oleg Belyakov stated.
The parties haven’t succeeded to adopt the agenda during the JCC meeting once again today. According to Oleg Belyakov, there was no such a long pause caused by the blockade of the JCC normal functioning in previous years.
“There are quite many solution variants to the questions suggested by the Moldavian party. The parties have the right to initiate emergency or special sessions. But Moldova representatives don't use these opportunities. For some reason they don’t need JCC to function well,” Oleg Belyakov emphasized.
