Rospotrebnadzor lifts import restrictions on Kamenka Canning Factory and Rustas company production

The quality and safety of products of these enterprises have been found stable

Following the expertise of canned agricultural production and consultations with Pridnestrovie's Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, enterprises offering stable quality and security of  products have been revealed. These are ZAO Kamenka Canning Factory and OOO SHF Rustas,  the Moscow department of Rospotrebnadzor  quotes the Federal service as saying.

To this end, import restrictions on the canned agricultural production of these enterprises have been lifted.

We recall that this July the Kamenka Canning Factory and Russia's Magnit distribution network signed an agreement under which the factory is due to supply 2 mln  green pea cans until the end of 2014. According to Pridnestrovie's Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, the factory's general delivery to the Russian market under different agreements will make 12,942,940 cans to the amount of $4,842,746.6 in 2014, which is approximately 70% of produced quantity.

Subsequently, it is planned to extend the cooperation between Kamenka's factory and Magnit by supplying canned maize to the shelves of this network.
