Tiraspol, December 11. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Negotiations on the supply of natural gas to both Moldova and Pridnestrovie should be conducted by Moldovagaz JSC, as well as those persons responsible for energy in the Republic of Moldova.
This opinion was expressed by the President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky, speaking today in the Supreme Council of Pridnestrovie.
"I want to immediately stop speculation that someone does not want to let or supply gas. This is not true. I have formed the opinion, the knowledge that neither Russia nor Ukraine wants to hinder the supply of natural gas to Pridnestrovie. We just need to agree, we need to sign an agreement, we need to work in this direction," the head of state noted.
According to him, there is no activity of Moldovagaz JSC here yet. And the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Moldova, Viktor Parlikov, who went to Moscow, met with Gazprom management and conducted a dialogue on the possibility of supplies, was removed from office a short time later.
"I do not associate this with the negotiations, anything is possible. But who should speak next? Essentially, the ball is in the court of Moldovagaz and the relevant officials in Moldova. This is their direct responsibility," Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized.
Let us recall that Russian natural gas is currently supplied to Moldova and Pridnestrovie in accordance with a five-year contract signed in October 2021 between Moldovagaz JSC and Gazprom PJSC.
