The situation remains difficult due to the reduction in the supply of natural gas to Pridnestrovie, and austerity measures continue. The heads of several enterprises asked to turn on the heating in the production shops due to the fact that the employees began to get sick. Hot water in residential buildings continues to be given according to the established schedule: from evening to morning. The temperature regime on the street so far allows it not to be revised.
The discussion was referred to the enterprises that switched to night operation. The Elektromash and Moldavkabel plants operate in this way, the Rybnitsa Cement Plant clinker mill was launched. There is shortened working day at such enterprises of light industry as "Odema", "Floare" and "Tirotex". The President noted that Pridnestrovie is coping with challenges due to the difficult situation in the energy sector. "The main thing is that all citizens, as well as kindergartens, schools, hospitals and other social institutions are provided with heating", said the PMR President.
The heads of state administrations spoke about the situation on the ground. Roofs leaked in three kindergartens in Tiraspol due to heavy rains. Repair work is underway in these buildings, said the head of the capital Oleg Dovgopol. Tiraspol has started preparing for the New Year. The President recommended involving entrepreneurs in this work as well. The PMR President suggested holding a competition among business representatives for the best New Year's decoration.

A new method of canvas repair with the use of cement is introduced. This method is suitable for the restoration of secondary and rural roads.
