There are 247 hospital beds in the Slobodzeya hospital, 72 in the hospital of Rybnitsa, 50 in the Dubossary (the hospital bed quantity of this infectious hospital has been reduced by 30), 184 on the basis of the city hospital in Bendery, 209 on the basis of the Republican Clinical Hospital in Tiraspol. Three patients are undergoing treatment on the basis of the psychiatric hospital in the village of Vykhvatintsy. 178 people 23% of the total number of citizens hospitalized at the moment are hard to tolerate coronavirus, 25 are patients in intensive care units, seven are connected to artificial lung ventilation devices. 498 Pridnestrovians are being treated at home. 57 such patients needed hospitalization from the 3rd of January 3 to the 9th of January. 25 children are infected with coronavirus (18 cases of juvenile coronavirus infection were registered a week earlier).

The President focused on the necessity of strengthening control over the implementation of pandemic requirements related to the wearing of protective masks by citizens in public places.
