The President visited the Bendery cemetery today, examined the burial place of the heroes. We are talking about the defenders who died in peacetime (not only about the participants in the hostilities to defend Pridnestrovie, but also about the veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the war in Afghanistan). Many have passed away over the years of the existence of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The whole block of burial places of the deceased heroes appeared at the Bendery cemetery.
50 monuments have been erected on presidential instructions this year. 50 more will be done next year here. This task was set today by Vadim Krasnoselsky. Gradually, the same type of slabs will be installed at each grave of the deceased defender with the consent of the relatives. The President instructed to improve this territory and pave it with paving slabs.
Vadim Krasnoselsky considers that similar Alley of Heroes should be improved in every city of the republic as a tribute to the memory of the deceased defenders of the Fatherland.
