The occupancy rate of level II hospitals is 68%. 147 Pridnestrovians are waiting in hospitals for the results of biomaterial samples study for the presence of coronavirus. Totally, 5550 cases of COVID-19 disease were registered in Pridnestrovie during the pandemic. 132 infected citizens died (mortality rate 2.4%). 73% of virus carriers - 4046 people - coped with the disease. All of them were treated in hospital conditions. The President insists on this practice. Vadim Krasnoselsky during today's meeting once again recalled that treatment of coronavirus at home is not accepted in Pridnestrovie and the state is taking all possible measures to organize system of care for patients under the supervision of doctors and in strict isolation. It is for this that accommodation options are being thought out in case of need for additional hospital space. At the same time, prevention and coordination of actions of all structures involved in anti-coronavirus activities are important, Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized. Special role is assigned to the ambulance service. There are complaints about its work. On behalf of the President, an official check of the Tiraspol ambulance service was carried out. The employees of the regulatory authorities listened to the dispatchers' negotiations with the citizens who called "103". The President asked about progress in the acquisition of new type express laboratories. If the equipment proves its effectiveness, it is planned to purchase 20 pieces of equipment and 30000 express tests.
