The series of working meetings of the President planned for the current week with the heads of state administrations of towns and districts of the republic continues. Conversation with the Head of Rybnitsa administration took place. Viktor Tyagay announced execution of a number of presidential orders. For example, the condition of sidewalks of central city streets was analyzed. Monitoring showed that the areas of Victory Square and Kirov Street need urgent repairs. The total area of the paths that need to be paved as a priority is 8000 square meters. The required amount is 4.2 million rubles. The work has already begun and will be carried out in stages based on financial capabilities. The President drew the interlocutor's attention to the need to pay increased attention to the greening of settlements. In this regard, Viktor Tyagay informed Vadim Krasnoselsky about plans for vertical gardening of the streets of the northern capital. The Head of Rybnitsa said that local entrepreneurs were actively involved in implementation of this project: business entities are ready to ennoble adjacent territories in a uniform style. We are talking about the central streets of the city. The President noted that he welcomes cooperation, including social and infrastructural, between business and local authorities.
Viktor Tyagay spoke about plans for the further improvement of the city park. Two main avenues leading to the fountain are already paved. There is a desire to give a modern and well-groomed look to the rest of the paths. This will require 3 million rubles. Empty corners of the park will be used for new playgrounds. They will be equipped at city expense. Another park object known to all residents of Rybnitsa that requires attention is the so-called shell. Concerts are held on this stage on weekends and holidays. It is well-groomed, but the area around is not. Improvement of this leisure zone is planned. There is an idea to build a cafe nearby. In this case, the entrepreneur will undertake the cleaning of the territory.
Work is underway at the Dniester embankment along Valchenko Street. In the future, sports and game sector will appear nearby: running tracks will be located around the perimeter, tennis tables, badminton, basketball, volleyball and workout grounds will be inside. There is a request from the local population for outdoor exercise equipment and a children's playground. The estimated cost is 3.8 million rubles. It is also planned to launch a fountain in the center of the embankment and arrange an arch entrance.
The President asked about progress in the development of sports infrastructure. The Head of the district said that the "Yubileiny" sports complex is reconstructed at the expense of capital investment fund. The roof has already been repaired, windows have been replaced, and exercise equipment has been purchased. There is an idea to place a mini-football field in the neighborhood. The issue is being negotiated.
Viktor Tyagay told the President about other plans for development of the district's infrastructure. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that, first of all, it is necessary to complete started work, emphasizing at the same time that improvement is not a matter of one or two years, but systematic work.
