Bendery, 8 September. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Official opening of Dynamo stadium has taken place in Bendery. More detais about the ceremony – in our report.
No red tapes and brilliant scissors were present today. Minimum of officiality – maximum of sport. There weren't empty seats in the stands of again opened stadium. Citizens stood in passes between sectors and even on ladders. The unique spirit of sport has united all people. Therefore nobody has felt discomfort.
In anticipation of main sporting venue of the city opening all the stadium seemingly died down. The President together with the spouse and accompanied by the head of the Bendery state administration appeared in field.
Pridnestrovians rose Vadim Krasnoselsky in applause. The head of state took the place on a tribune near the audience, and representation began.
In the field one flashmob was replaced by another: from dances to scenic representations, from single combats to athletic competitions. Representation of Bendery current champions and veterans of sport became a final point. The audience supported athletes by a never-ending applause.
The President has addressed citizens with welcome speech. First of all Vadim Krasnoselsky has noted the level of event organization and has thanked all professionals for such bright and unforgettable holiday.
"The result is very worthy. Few people trusted, many doubted. But thanks to such people as the head of Bendery and those who was near him everything has turned out. I am convinced that any state, except policy and economy, has to think of history, culture and, of course, health of the citizens", - the head of state has noted.
The President has emphasized that opening of Dynamo stadium is only the beginning. In the 2019th and the next years it is planned to construct and restore hundreds of sporting venues in all republic.
"But all our progress wouldn't be possible without the combined efforts of all branches of the power and support of Pridnestrovian people. We have made all it together!" – Vadim Krasnoselsky has summed up.
The President has given high mark of the done work to the experts and workers who have been taking part in restoration of city stadium. Dozens of experts have received the state awards.
The head of the State Administration of Bendery, in turn, has paid attention that the sporting venue had been reconstructed by forces of municipal unitary enterprises, and materials were acquired from the best global manufacturers. Roman Ivanchenko is sure that the stadium will serve for the benefit of athletes for many years.
The football match between Tigina from Bendery and the Moldavian team from Ungheni became logical continuation of the stadium opening ceremony. The right of the first blow at the game beginning was granted to the head of state.
