Tiraspol, 2 July. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. At a meeting in the Government launch of the web portal of public services has became the central theme of a conversation.
"It is extremely important step which has to be made from the Government. A step within the administrative reform directed to simplification of the procedure of interaction of citizens with officials", - the Prime Minister Alexander Martynov considers.
In turn, the Deputy Prime Minister has reminded that last week relevant department presented working version of the web portal of state services.
"We have online carried out the order of such type of service as an extract from the register of legal entities. We have submitted in an electronic format the application for registration of the individual entrepreneur", – Alexey Tsurkan has told, having added that the resource already allows carrying out all tasks of providing public services. Today five certificates are ready to be issued. Others are worked at within preparation of regulations, the press service of executive authorities reminds.
The question of transfer of some functions of housing maintenance office (HMO) to the Ministry of Internal Affairs have also been spoken about. It concerns information about family composition and about place of registration (forms No. 16 and No. 17 respectively). Till August 1 the Ministry of Internal Affairs will prepare the database. It is supposed that it will be possible to order these types of information by means of the Internet and to take them away directly from law-enforcement bodies.
Besides, the Deputy Prime Minister has reported about the initiative providing formation of the data list, which will be forbidden to be demanded from the population. The relevant document on interdepartmental interaction is prepared in the Government. It is planned that references, for example, for kindergarten and school, since September 1 wouldn’t be demanded from citizens. It concerns both certificates of non-conviction and other types of information.
The work on formation of the web portal of state services takes place within administrative reform. Members of the commission (representatives of executive bodies of the state power, expert community, the management of Public chamber, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Union of industrialists, landowners and businessmen of Pridnestrovie) have analysed more than fifty documents in five directions: Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of social protection and labor, Civil Registry Offices, HMOs. As a result 17 certificates are planned to be introduced in an electronic form.
