State administrations are entrusted to prepare programs of development of the cities and districts for five years

Programs have to contain the plan of concrete actions and cost of works on development of city infrastructure

Tiraspol, 15 June. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Prime Minister of PMR Alexander Martynov has charged to heads of the state administrations of the cities and districts to prepare programs of development of territories for five years. The oral assignment has been given during the working meeting of representatives of local authorities, the enterprises of road branch and the Ministry of Economic Development.

Plans of the solution of city infrastructure problems have to be reflected in programs of cities&districts development that need to be prepared until January 1 of the next year. They have to give a fair idea of priorities, concrete actions and cost of works on development of housing and public utilities, housing facilities, gardening, repair of roads and sidewalks.

"If we begin this way forming fund of development in the local budget and annually carry out work at the expense of this fund, I am sure that in 3-5 years the appearance of our cities will change", - Alexander Martynov has told.

According to the Prime Minister, system approach to the solution of priority problems of development of the cities and districts is necessary to use present resources of the budget effectively and to avoid its dispersion.
