Tiraspol, 10 March. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Main measures of the antirecessionary bill submitted by the Pridnestrovie's President Yevgeny Shevchuk to the Supreme Council are three types of remission: financial, construction engineering and currency, and also stimulating fiscal loosening. It was declared by the Pridnestrovie's deputy economic development minister Natalya Sokolova in conversation with our agency.
According to her among other things, financial remission will allow to legalize property paying only 10% of the tax rate. «We expect many claims from private persons as there are many questions in vehicle transactions, there are cases of inchoate property," the deputy head of the Economic Development Ministry noted.
Construction engineering remission, according to her, will allow to legalize the illegally-built facilities or illegally carried out replannings in private housing.
10% privilege within the income tax for those selling production made from domestic primary products in Pridnestrovie will provide the possibility to support both processors and local primary goods manufacturers. Some effect is also expected from fiscal loosening in the construction engineering sector.
According to Natalya Sokolova, reduction of the Unified Social Tax rate (from 25% down to 12%) for the new jobs established in 2016 should stimulate manufacturers to increase employment.
Temporary extension of scope of the foodstuffs, which the state will be able to regulate the prices on, will exclude cases of jumps in prices rise. «We offer to include cottage cheese in the list, the prices on which aren't regulated today, 'bifidok' which is highly demanded, fish, chicken meat, some vegetables," the deputy minister of economic development emphasized.
