Pridnestrovie's Chamber of Commerce and Industry was visited by the Head of an Economic Service of the French Embassy in Kiev Vincent Falkoz and the Deputy Financial Adviser of French Embassy in Moscow Julien Gebel. Purpose of the diplomats' fact-finding visit was an economic situation in the republic.
The presentation called «The Pridnestrovie's Economy 2006−2014» was shown to the guests. The diplomats focused on issues concerning the development of small business and foreign trade problems, the press service of the Commerce and Industry Chamber reports.
Besides, vice-president of the Pridnestrovie's Commerce and Industry Chamber Yury Ganin emphasized one main issue concerning the small business development, i.e. lack of cheap credit resources. He also highlighted the difficulties with export which are generally connected with currency devaluation in the countries of the main consumers of Pridnestrovie's goods (the Russian Federation, Moldova, Ukraine, the European Union).
