As a legal necessity, the Head of state submitted an amend draft to the law «About Pridnestrovie's State Reserve Fund» for the Supreme Council's consideration. The bill provides extension of the preferential credit period (from the Russian aid of 2008 and 2011) for agricultural enterprises from 5 to 7 years, and along with that the interest rate decreases from 5 to 3 per cent per annum.
Also, it is offered to add the provisions to the law «About Pridnestrovie's State Reserve Fund» in terms of interest-free loan accommodation to the Pridnestrovie's citizens having the land property for private farm household. So, the owners of private farm households can obtain the interest-free loan for up to 2 years on cattle and rabbits rearing, on development of swine rearing, bee-farming, and also cultivation of potato, melons and gourds, fruit, berry and grapes. The credit limit mustn't exceed 1 000 USD.
«With adoption of this bill, it will be possible to respond quickly to currency rate changes and to take measures for prevention of free Russian aid depreciation and also to improve loan terms for agricultural enterprises, including acquisition terms for the fixed asset required for manufacturing and processing of agricultural production, machinery and equipment," it is noted in the interpretive note to the bill.
The remarkable thing is that, at the expense of free Russian aid, the Pridnestrovie's State Reserve Fund allocated the credits (loans) to 125 agricultural enterprises for the sum of 695,4 mln Russian rubles and to 1 991 citizen for the sum of 19.9 mln Pridnestrovie's rubles by January 1, 2015.
