The Economic Development Minister Alevtina Slinchenko announced it during the info marathon live show of the Pridnestrovie’s First Channel
Tourism development is one of the country’s policy priorities.
“The tourism industry makes 20-70% of the budget in certain countries. We also intend to develop this sphere in Pridnestrovie. The special coordination council has begun working there this year. Among other things, in the long term we should certainly pay attention to the domestic tourism development,” Alevtina Slinchenko told.
She reminded that the amendments to the Free Economic Zones law were adopted during one of the latest Government sessions.
“They concern the organization of the recreational tourist zones with the tax privileges for the entrepreneurs intending to set the inbound tourism business. I hope that the situation in Ukraine will become stable very soon. Then we’ll have an opportunity to restore the city breaks,” she concluded.
