Bendery, January, 16. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The shoe factory «Floare» prepares for a large-scale modernization. Shortly there will be new equipment: computerized automatic cutting system and laser perforation of details, sewing automatic machines – all in all about 27 types of machines. All this will allow to accelerate considerably production, to increase the outputs and, as expected, to lower prices.
Own means were not enough for technical re-equipment of the Bendery factory, therefore, the Floare management decided to use the program for preferential crediting of the enterprises. Submitted the application for granting a credit to the 800 thousand euros amount for 5 years. 7% of the credit will be paid by the state. In the nearest future, the application of the Bendery factory will be sent to the State Reserve Fund and considered by the supervisory board regarding preferential terms of crediting.
«Many enterprises have a deficiency of own current assets, and there is just no opportunity to be credited under high per cent, especially on the acquisition of the equipment. This program really allows the enterprises to carry out technological rearmament», - the finance director of Floare factory Svetlana Zhivotova noted.
Annually the enterprise produces more than one and a half thousand models of men's, women's and children's footwear. The products of Floare are exported to Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and also to Italy and Germany. Now the collection-2020 is developing. It will differ in elegance and new design. Several models of women's autumn shoes which will appear on sale not earlier than September were shown to us by the Deputy Director for Development of Floare Lyudmila Kovtunenko.
To sustain the competition in the foreign market, it is necessary to expand the product range and to lower its prime cost. The new equipment will help to solve these problems, are sure at the factory. As expected, technological modernization will allow increasing the outputs to 2 million pairs of shoes a year that there is almost twice increase present indicator.
The automatic multilayered cutting complex is the most expected for the enterprise. The device, unlike the old electronic equipment, will be able to cut not in one layer (fabric, leather, etc.), but in 4-5 at once.
The laser cutting and perforation of skin machine will help to save time and means by the production of spring and summer collections of footwear.
«The price of the puncher which we use now is 1,150 euros. On one pair of shoes I need 2 punchers, and on all the size row – 12 pieces. Just think about the cost. Instead, we want to buy the laser which does such perforation by burning. It is possible to expose any type and a form of perforation, and then the prime cost of our products will certainly decrease», - the Deputy Director for Development of the Floare enterprise Lyudmila Kovtunenko paid attention.
Waiting for credit resources the management of the enterprise studies the market of the equipment for the footwear industry. The priority will be given to those producers which will be able to offer high quality of the machine at the best price.
