Continue the digitalization of the healthcare system. Complete the implementation of the "Medical and Pharmaceutical Product Accounting" module of the "Electronic Healthcare of Pridnestrovie" state information system in the departments of healthcare institutions in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, as well as the "Clinics" module in city (district) clinics. We need to transition to a digital path and reduce paperwork.

Develop cooperation with higher education institutions and medical organizations in the Russian Federation to implement training programs (continuing professional education) for public healthcare workers, and develop collaboration with Russian federal centers for the treatment of Pridnestrovian citizens using federal budget funds. Yes, difficult work is being done. Kristina Valeryevna Albul is working on this section. Let's take, for example, minors. This section is complex. Oncological diseases. These children need to be treated. This is an important area.

Of course, professional development for healthcare workers. We have the necessary foundations. There is Pridnestrovian State University and the Medical College. We have higher education institutions in the Russian Federation, and distance learning options are available. Everything needs to be implemented. If a doctor says, "I don't want to improve my qualifications", perhaps we should reconsider their category and even whether the system needs them. Make way for the young.

Next. Launch the "Health for Everyone" project to promote a healthy lifestyle. Create active pensioner groups at the "Zabota" medical and social center.

Sanitation and epidemiological stations, in terms of healthcare tasks: esteemed leaders, regularly inspect the sanitary conditions of food preparation areas – kindergartens, schools, and other educational institutions. This includes both sanitary conditions and the quality of the food served on the tables. Of course, check the quality of food supplied to educational institutions through tenders. Analyze these products. Focus on our own, Pridnestrovian products. Perhaps the government should develop some additional preferences for domestic producers, prioritizing imported food products.

As I've already mentioned, there are places in schools where children can buy food for cash. No problem. We need to eliminate all the chips, all the energy drinks, all the fizzy drinks, colas, and so on. Eliminate them! Only our own, Pridnestrovian, environmentally friendly products. There's no other way. Then gastritis, then problems, and, God forbid, even cancer. All of this is environmental. What we consume either sustains us or destroys us. Therefore, the Ministry of Healthcare and sanitary services must constantly monitor these matters, involving the prosecutor's office when necessary, in cases of conflict. This must be a permanent arrangement.

Conduct preparatory measures to introduce population screening, identifying risk factors for disease by surveying citizens seeking medical care.

Create conditions for organizing compulsory treatment for tuberculosis patients at the Republican Tuberculosis Hospital. This is more of a legal matter – we need to work collaboratively with the Supreme Council, the PMR Government, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Of course, the projects included in the Capital Investment Fund. These primarily include the Republican Clinical Hospital, the emergency medical service, the hospital and the maternity hospital in Bendery, the clinic in Slobodzeya, and the clinic in Grigoriopol. Of course, we'll continue working on implementing these projects and bringing them to completion. I could go into detail about each one, but I won't do that now.
