To the State Customs Committee. Implement the "Personal Account" system for legal entities, sole proprietors, and individuals and expand its functionality.

Develop a transit customs declaration form and approve the rules for its completion.

Prepare amendments to the law of October 25, 2005, "On Enforcement Proceedings", aimed at increasing the transparency and efficiency of enforcement proceedings, as well as ensuring the rights of participants in enforcement proceedings.

As I already mentioned, together with the PMR Ministry of State Security and the City Administration of Bendery, complete work on the Bendery-Causani and Bender-Chisinau crossing points.

Well, regarding the State Customs Committee in general, our businesses, our small, medium, and large entrepreneurs, are facing very difficult business conditions. Not because of us, but because of our situation, the geopolitical situation. When logistics, familiar connections, partners, payments, banks, and accounts are disrupted, it's all very difficult. Of course, the State Customs Committee must facilitate business. Please, ASSIST. You must be business's assistants. By the way, the Ministry of Finance is no exception. I will talk more about that later. Now I'm talking about the State Customs Committee. You must facilitate business, encourage it. You must have some mechanisms in place. Some corresponding points. And so on. We need to improve.
