To introduce innovative (digital) forms of interaction into the electoral process to increase the convenience, security and efficiency of electoral procedures. This has been done in many states. It's long overdue.
2. To update the PMR voter list and the boundaries of electoral districts at all levels as part of preparatory measures for the next elections to state authorities and local governments in 2025.
