The visit to the Russian capital was planned, necessary to maintain and develop working contacts, said the Chairman of the Pridnestrovian Government Alexander Martynov in the course of the meeting with the President. He informed Vadim Krasnoselsky in detail about the meetings held in Moscow and the topics of discussions. The speaker highlighted two main areas: the Pridnestrovian-Russian interaction in the prevention of the spread of coronavirus infection as well as cooperation in the sphere of economic policy. Alexander Martynov drew the President’s attention to the variety of venues where the meetings were organized, and to the categories of participants, these are officials, representatives of the scientific, expert community and business circles, students. The Chairman of the PMR Government said that he and his colleagues in their speeches paid increased attention to the economic situation in the republic. According to Alexander Martynov, the participants of round tables, negotiations, introductory and discussion meetings paid attention to the information provided. The presentation of state programs implemented in the territory of Pridnestrovie was of particular interest. Alexander Martynov said that the specialists of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, who have been providing expert support to the executive authorities of Pridnestrovie for two years, highly appreciate the effectiveness of the current work of the Pridnestrovian Government.
Vadim Krasnoselsky asked about the best practices in attracting investments to the republic. Alexander Martynov spoke about the details of negotiations on the formation of mechanism for providing bank guarantees for loan contracts.
Another important topic is personnel training. Vadim Krasnoselsky considers the work carried out by the Government to return home students studying in Russian universities significant.
The President after listening to the reporting information gave a number of recommendations and current instructions to the Government, emphasizing that interaction with Russian colleagues should be systematic and have a practical result.
