Dnestrovsk, 30 October. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. ZAO Moldavian GRES summed up its performance in nine months of 2017, the website of the Tiraspol and Dnestrovsk State Administration reports.

According to the data, the production of electricity was over 2.470 million kWh, which is 25% less compared to the same period last year. The reduction in output and, consequently, reduction in rated capacity were caused by the restructuring of electricity supplies and the consequent interruption in the work of power units.

A 1% decrease in thermal power supplies was due to the reduction of the heat load of the power station's economic needs.

"In September 2017, ZAO Moldavian GRES has successfully passed a recertification audit and received a certificate of compliance with the international standard ISO 14001:2015. This document indicates that Moldovan GRES meets universally accepted international standards," said the power station's CEO Alexey Shirma.

On 5 October, the power plant received a certificate for secure and uninterrupted work in the autumn-winter period. A review of the technical condition of the equipment and the level of proficiency of the plant's personnel was conducted by the commission of PAO Inter RAO.
