Tiraspol, January 31. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Representatives of the relevant departments of the Russian Federation agreed to help in promotion of the Pridnestrovie's goods and especially agricultural ones in the Russian domestic market. As the Minister for Agriculture and Natural Resources Efimy Koval noted at the press conference devoted to the results of the recent visit by the government delegation to Moscow, actual programs which can be realized in the current year had been discussed at numerous meetings.

According to the head of ministry, our fruit are mostly desired in Russia and especially the stonefruit: cherry, plum, sweet cherry, apricots and peaches, however apples are desired least of all. But the problem is that the volume of delivery offered by Pridsnestrovie is too small to allocate large floor spaces for them in big retail chain stores.

«Even now, our economic entities look for some ways to enter the retail chain stores, let's say Pyatyorochka or Perekryostok, with a certain type of production. Of course, there are certain privileges for our enterprises, but they turn out difficult to implement. I think that all issues will be gradually resolved with increasing production and export," Efimy Koval noted.

Certain restrictions on access to the Russian market are imposed by the Russian import substitution program, and also due to unsettled issues concerning identification and certification of our production.

«It is caused by the status of our export production. Primarily, it is identified as Moldavian one on the Russian borders, so due to this fact, there are some perception problems because it concerns import restrictions. This perspective was explained in the Industry and Trade Ministry, I raised the issue concerning the technical regulations and certification of agricultural and industrial output. We came to an understanding of the problem, and further measures for obtaining necessary certificates and accreditations of our laboratories in order that our goods were identified correctly and were available in the Russian markets were also declared," the Minister of Economic Development Sergey Obolonik noted.

According to him, due to the fact that it is difficult to change the Russian legislation under some specific projects with Pridnestrovie, the work will be point-based.

«Our exporters' product range is rather narrow, and there is an opportunity to work on it, as the mechanisms were explained both in the Ministry of Industry and Trade and in the Economic Development Ministry. And in this view, I think, we will work very effectively because the entry points and responsible persons are known in all these ministries," Sergey Obolonik told and assured that the issue of the Pridnestrovie's good availability on the Russian market will be solved definitely.
