Tiraspol, January 30. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Vitaly Ignatyev was appointed to a position of the Foreign Affairs Minister by the presidential decree of Vadim Krasnoselsky.
According to the document, functions of the president's special representative on negotiation process, idiplomatic missions and international organizations are also assigned to him.
The decree is published on the official website of the head of state and comes into force from the date of signing.
