Air defense units of Pridnestrovie's Armed Forces got fully operational and batteries emplaced

It was done to prevent unauthorized flights over Pridnestrovie

Tiraspol, April 27. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Defence Ministry reports that between April 4 and April 27, 2016 radar reconnaissance assets of the Pridnestrovie's air defense detected unauthorized flights of the Romanian Diamond DA-42 Twin Star aircraft with airspace violation of the PMR without coordination with the relevant departments of the republic.

The Moldavan side hasn't responded to numerous complaints of the Pridnestrovie's delegation in the JCC about inadmissibility of flights of this aircraft over the territory of Pridnestrovie in any way.

Unauthorized flights of this aircraft continued on April 27.

Due to the continuous violations of the Pridnestrovie's airspace by the foreign aircraft and in order to prevent unauthorized flights, the air defense units of Pridnestrovie's Armed Forces got fully operational and the batteries were emplaced to bolster standby forces. The antiaircraft forces have organized combat alert duty, radar reconnaissance of airspace. Additional antiaircraft observation posts were set.
