Gubarev: Russia advocates for constructive approach in Moldo-Pridnestrovian settlement process

Russia advocates for constructive approach in settlement of the Moldo-Pridnestrovian conflict. It was declared by the special envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry — the representative of Russia in the 5+2 negotiation format Sergey Gubarev at the Diplomatic Module of MGIMO-University. (At this event, senior students of this higher education institution can communicate to the acting diplomats).

As it is reported on the official website of the MGIMO, Gubarev emphasized the necessity to resolve the conflict between Moldova and Pridnestrovie on the basis of a mutually acceptable compromise. The diplomat particularly noted the importance of stability preservation in the Security Zone on the Dniester. «Presence of peacekeepers is a key guarantee of peace and stability in the region today," Gubarev declared and added that peacekeepers must continue their activity until full reconciliation.
