Tiraspol, 24 February. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. It is offered to lift a ban on digital complaints about decisions of public authorities. Digital Complaints Bill was reported out.

It's important to remind, at the end of January, 2016 the MPs adopted the Digital Complaints Bill in the first reading. According to it, citizens will be able to send their offers, claims, complaints and intercessions, including collective submissions and petitions in e-mail to the government services.

At the same time, according to the amendments to the law About the Digital Complaints of the Citizens, it was offered not to accept digital complaints about the decisions (actions, inactions) of public authorities and officials. In the second reading, the MPs offered to complete this amendment with a norm restricting the complaints about the heads of legal entities.

During the discussion of the bill at the Supreme Council's session, it was offered to lift the ban on electronic complaints both about the authorities, and the heads of legal entities completely. Now, amendments to the law About the Digital Complaints of the Citizens will be submitted for consideration by the parliamentary committees where the final version of the bill will be drafted.
