The convention establishing the International Civil Aviation Association (ICAO) the activity is adopted as Pridnestrovie's framework statute with exception of two articles: No.67 concerning the submission of reports on the transportation, the expenses statistics and the financial data to the ICAO Council and the No.72 concerning the purchase and the use of land.
Due to the fact that Pridnestrovie isn't considered as a fully legal international entity yet and has no membership in ICAO, these articles cannot function in the republic's territory.
It is important to remind that earlier the Supreme Council adopted the Air Code mostly basing on the provisions of this international legal act. From now, the convention will become the ground for other Pridnestrovie's acts in the field of civil aviation.
