According to this document, the participants of the Great Patriotic War military operations can be granted the “70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945” medal. Among them It is the personnel of military units and staffs of the Soviet army, fleet, other USSR national security agencies, guerrillas, undergrounders, the enterprises’ and the military facilities’ workers who were doing the job in the army’s and the fleet’s interests at the homefront. The President’s Press Office reports on it.
The medal can be granted to the disabled veterans, the war participants and the other categories of people equivalent to them. That is, for example, the former prisoners of the concentration camps, ghettoes and other places of detention created by the fascists during World War II. The husbands and the wives of the gone disabled veterans and the Great Patriotic War participants can also be granted the anniversary medal if they didn't remarriage.
The “25th anniversary of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” medal can be granted to the Pridnestrovians taking an active part in the development, the protection and the consolidation of Pridnestrovie. Also, such state award can be granted to the foreign citizens for their solidarity in the development, the protection and the consolidation of the PMR.
The Decree also specifies the list establishment order for the award recommendation.
