Tiraspol, December 26. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. In Pridnestrovie, there will be established a tourism agency. The relevant resolution was adopted by the Government. Like the investment agency, it will be subordinate to the Ministry of Economic Development.
“It will be a Government agency. It is assumed that a number of functions will be assigned to it as an authorized tourism agency. This will make it possible to implement a Single Window mechanism aimed at servicing participants in the tourism business. We believe that the agency will become a center for the creation, development and maintenance of standards for the quality of tourism services,” Natalya Sitkina, Deputy Minister of Economic Development explained.
One of the main tasks is to create the conditions for organizing the national tour operator`s work. It is also embedded in the context of the state targeted tourism development program adopted this year.
