Tiraspol, 17 January. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Pridnestrovie relies on Russia's assistance in funding a housing project. Earlier, Russia expressed readiness to invest in the real sector of the Pridnestrovian economy. This was announced by President Vadim Krasnoselsky during a meeting with the prime minister, the ministers of industry and regional development, the president's press service reports.
Also important, according to Vadim Krasnoselsky, is the factor of attracting local resources.
«We have quarries, mines, a brick factory, as well as MMZ (Moldovan Steel Works), Rybnitsa Concrete Plant, construction organisations. There are mineral resources, production capacities, working hands, which should be employed," underscored the president.
As we have informed, the president outlined two main objectives in the construction of capital stock. First, to finish protracted buildings. Second, the construction of new residential buildings, in particular with the involvement of modern technologies. According to the president, in rural areas it is advisable to build one-story houses with an area of about 60 sq. m, using the so-called sandwich panels and lightweight structures.
